Customs In House
Customs clearance procedures are central to our supply chain services. OTS Australia is a member of the CBFCA and has licensed brokers to help you navigate the customs clearance process.
We can assist with customs duties, import GST, import permits, identifying prohibited goods, and understanding Australia’s quarantine regulations. Our experienced consultants will work with you to ensure that all customs clearance procedures are observed in order to avoid potential penalties or detention costs, and will ensure that you pay the correct duty rate applicable to your cargo’s classification.
Our system is fully computerised and includes an EDI link with Australian Customs to guarantee those correct procedures are being observed when importing cargo. Customs requirements can be complicated, but OTS Australia’s experts are ready to help you to negotiate the process quickly and seamlessly.
